Welcome to our country cottages in Dorset

Our country cottages have been created by converting redundant barns, an old granary and two farm workers cottages into holiday accommodation.

Petersham, Woodcutts and Honeybrook enjoy a courtyard setting in a quiet location. All bedrooms are en suite with level entry shower facilities and are furnished to a high standard. They are well-equipped, with independent wheelchair access and facilities for the disabled. They have beamed open plan living/dining areas and wood burning stoves.

The Granary has been lovingly restored to the highest standards to form a stunning five bedroom Holiday Home. Located in a rural setting with half an acre of paddock and gardens it is ideal for a larger family or groups of friends as it sleeps ten to twelve people in five spacious bedrooms.

Furnished in a contemporary style it has a magnificent staircase with glass paneling, slate and oak floors with an under floor heating system. It has a large galleried landing overlooking the living area with separate beamed dining room, kitchen and utility.

The two Farm workers cottages built during the Art Deco period each sleep four adults or two adults and three children the fifth bed being a snug beneath the staircase. Grange Farm cottage number one retains its Art Deco fireplaces and the living room one is still in use. Cottage two has a wood burning stove.

Just short drives away are the Minster town of Wimborne (with shops, cafés and a weekly antiques market) and the New Forest with its abundance of wildlife and unique scenery. Within easy reach is Poole Harbour with its excellent sailing, and the resorts of Bournemouth and Christchurch, together with the stunning beaches at Studland on the Isle of Purbeck. The Georgian town of Blandford and the unspoilt Cranborne Chase are nearby. Superb walks and pubs abound.

Petersham, Honeybrook, Woodcutts, Farm cottages 1 & 2 and the Granary, together sleep 30 people, making them ideal for corporate events or larger groups. Catering can be provided by prior arrangement.
