It is also ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside including the New Forest, Purbecks, Cranborne Chase and the beaches of Poole and Bournemouth that are a 20 minute drive away. There is a pub within 10 minutes walking distance. Excellent walking and cycling routes immediately from the Granary. (locked storage for bicycles).

Accommodation includes an oak floored living room with open fire, and a modern television system. There is a large dining hall. The kitchen is fully fitted and incorporates a family sitting area. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and an American fridge/freezer with ice maker. Downstairs cloakroom and shower has full wheelchair access.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and is en-suite with a wet room, power shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedroom 3 has twin three foot beds, bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with bath, power shower and WC.
Upstairs is bedroom 4 that has a king size bed and is en- suite with bath, power shower and WC. The master bedroom has a television, twin queen size beds and is en suite with bath, power shower and WC.

Petersham, Honeybrook, Woodcutts and the Granary together sleep 20 people, making it ideal for corporate events or larger groups. Catering can be provided by prior arrangement.
